  It is a hit and miss. The lady at the front was pretty rude and my chips where under cooked. But I have had it other times and it was really good. Bit expensive

  Really clean, competitive prices, fast (but not too fast, they still cook your food properly which is nice, there's a trend in Canberra to undercook burger patties, but they cook them properly here), convenient parking. I can't really flaw them, they've never done wrong by me.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. There was a woman with black glasses who had no smile on her face. Anyway she wanted to charge me extra cents per each paper container when I asked if possible to make 3 separate containers for my 3 kids in the car. Paying extra is ok but her manners wasn’t nice. I am not going there ever again.

  Generally pretty good, but can be hit and miss. Friendly gent, the lady can be not so friendly, but when she is happy is all good

  Edit: I see other comments mentioning the staff are rude and yes, I can see where you're coming from as they can be very "short"/blunt. But personally, I wouldn't call this rude, I would call it efficient and quick service, not rude, but true, they won't spend their time small taking to you about the day, they just get to it and do their job. I think some people might be a little precious.;)
